milter is a sendmail only facility. You can run spamassassin with other
MTAs (qmail, postfix, etc.), but only via procmail, not milter.
So you have to decide:
1. want spamassassin?
2. want to use milter (spamass-milter)?
if 2 above is yes, you are limited to sendmail. If 2 is "I don't care,
I just want #1, then you can use almost any MTA you want.
