What would you be using QMail for?
Spamassassin will work for any system that feeds it the raw email and takes
the results. This has been a good match for Procmail, and indeed I'm using
it with Postfix/Procmail/Cyrus-IMAP. I don't know Qmail, but I would
imagine that anything you could do with Qmail can be done with one of the
big 2 (Sendmail and Postfix)
