mozilla causing system lockups?

Anyone seeing some extreme instability where your entire box locks up 
(unrecoverable) when using Mozilla?  I've noticed that ever since 
Mozilla-1.4, on one of my boxes, i'm getting random lockups.  It only 
happens when i'm actively using mozilla though.  For example, i could be 
changing tabs, or middle-clicking a link, and BAM, game over, the box is 
locked up.  Not even a response to ping or Sysrq.  There are no errors in 
messages.   I thought it might have been a hardware problem, but i've 
swapped out the memory & CPU with no improvement.
