Please Help on a Programming Problem!

Hi Chong,
       thanks for replying , the software is not to function as a proxy,
actually its a windows (i apologise once again for posting this in this
group , but its solely programming related thats why ) ,, application ,
it actually does what you wrote in the second phase of ur letter ....

But the problem is IE keeps the browser cache of the recently opened
websites. Now whenever I am selecting the url (blocked in the ruleset)
the IE is blocked and closed. I want to block that url as the user
clicks the go button or hits the enter key. How I do that . the url can
remain the cache and show , tbats not a problem , i want to restrict the
loading as the user hits the enter key or clicks go. How I do that..
                       Please advice ..
