Backing up a windows disk <OT>

Does anyone know if there is a program or programs on Knoppix to backup (and
restore if needed) a windows disk (ntfs in this case)?  The only backup medium I
have is CD, and I'm sure there's more than one CD worth of data.

I would like to carve out 10 gig of the drive using parted to put a linux system
on the box, but I daren't do this without proper backup.  It's one of those
accursed pre-installed WinXP beasts with no system install disks.

Probably simpler in the long run to just put in a second hard drive, but I still
need backup for the beastie.
