frame errors with ifconfig

[Net Llama!]

Since booting into 2.4.22 two days & 7 hours ago, i've accumulated 870 
frame errors for eth0.  I know for a fact that under 2.4.21, i never had 
any at all (and that was after weeks of uptime).  I've got an Intel eepro 
10/100 NIC in this box.  I've noticed some sluggishness with data xfers.
  Anyone else seeing anything like this?
