It's a mixed bag.  Go to http://www.radio-locator.com/.  A lot of the
links that indicate streaming audio capabilities are either broken or
non existent.

I did find a nice Russian music/news station in Nizhny Novgorod. 
Probably not everyone's cup of tea <grin>.
