Ive been listed in list.dsbl.org - how do I configure so as to get unlisted

This probably goes with the territory if you have a dynamic IP
address that could have been assigned to another machine that's
been exploited (CPE-144-137-68-107.nsw.bigpond.net.au certainly
looks like that may be the case).
The policy I recommend to our ISP customers is that customers who
are knowledgeable enough to run their own mail systems may be
assigned fixed IP addresses outside the range of the ISP's dialup
or dynamically assigned DSL blocks. We then assign meaningful
host names to these IPs if the customer doesn't have their own
domains that look like real hosts, not dynamic. Of course
there's a nominal monthly charge for the fixed IP, and may or may
not be a one-time charge to handle the setup depending on the
relationship between the customer and the ISP.
