Ted, Collins:
May I quote you in my correspondance to HP?
I just got a reply to my last e-mail saying:
``Although this service is provided as a means of technical support for
our customers, we appreciate any feedback about our company's products
and services. The e-mail message you sent has been reviewed and
forwarded to the proper individuals. We value your comments.''
It so happens that I'm typing this an an HP Visualize P-Class running SuSE
8.2 which is standing next to another HP Visualize P550, right beside my HP
4M Plus with duplex attachment. I think that qualifies me as a customer
(not to mention the HP printers, print servers, etc. which I've sold or
installed over the last 20 years or so :-).
