The Swedish government passed a law a while back that all internet access of
government resources must be OS/browser agnostic. Good call, there. I wish
other governments would get the same clue.

I would imagine that for these people you must argue that as a user of
Netscape/Opera/whatever, you are handicapped. What are the laws on handicap
access?
