Joe's taken these offline, and has no plans at present to bring them back
up.  There are two things you may see, DNS not resolving when doing lookups
causing long waits while things time out, or positive returns for any valid
IP address.

The RBLs we're using now are:
	dynablock.wirehub.net
	opm.blitzed.org
	sbl.spamhaus.org
