Just out of curiosity, I'm wondering what the most favored UNIX flavors
are amongst us all, and how much that contributed to the use of Linux,
regardless of distro.
So we difide it in different segments

~ What's the preference as far as nit style, BSD or SVR4, and why? I'm
(as always) going to put IRIX at the top with AIX a close second, and
Solaris third, HP-UX last and StupidCruzOperation a dead last. Do you
use your systems daily in production, or are they slowly being phased
out by Lintel systems?

(I personally think that is great because we now have high powered
hardware coming back that the roadies didn't have a clue about them, AIX
/RS/6000 server hae=rdware all connectcted via HACMP vs. Cray data
intrconnects on the higherqualitybus
