In a surprise press conference today, SCO's Darryl McBride announced
that SCO is suing SCO .

McBride appeared at the conference with two baseball caps, one blue and
one red. He stated that, as head of SCO, he would be speaking for both
sides of the suit, so to keep everyone clear as to his position, he
would be changing hats depending upon which side of SCO he was
representing. When wearing a blue hat, he would be representing the good
SCO (the suer), and the red one when representing the bad SCO (the suee).

With a blue hat on, McBride denounced those evil elements within SCO who
continued to steal SCO's property by distributing OpenLinux 3.1.1 via
FTP, even after being warned by SCO's lawyers about IP issues in its
tainted 2.4 kernel. He then put on a red hat and bitterly denounced
those elements within SCO who were going against the spirit of the GPL
and trying to extort money by selling a bogus license to those Linux
users who had downloaded OpenLinux thinking that they could use it with
worry.

As the conference went on, the arguments between the two sides became
more and more acrimonious, and McBride became more and more confused as
to which side he was representing. He ultimately got into such an
argument that he was unable to keep track of which hat he was, wearing,
at times, wearing one cap, or both, or neither.

The conference ended when he fired himself, rehired himself, and then
fired himself again.
