Mail related issues

Hi

       i am facing one problem recently...My server is
cobalt-raq4r. we have created the users through the
cobalt GUI and *sendmail* is running as MTA . Now in
case of the mails. The problem is as follows:

    - When one user is sending mail from any address
to one of
      our domain the messages are showing in the
/var/log/maillog as follows:

When i am checking the mail, the mail is showing in my
mailbox as follows:

To: user at www.domain.org
Subject: Contact Information

I don't want that the "To" will be assigned as
[user at www.domain.org]

It is not happening for all the users - somtimes i am
seeing that though the maillog
is showing <user at www.domain.org> but the mail is
coming in my inbox as

[user at domain.org]. For few cases , i am seeing this
type of behavior....

If anybody can point me out why it is behaving this
type of - it will be really
helpful...
