Hell!  I don't just love it!  That was $90,000,000.00 of all our tax 
money.  The adoption of the DoHS should have been, "Look all you guys, 
do your job!"  I know they didn't have the money to all have the same 
computers, but we don't either.  We seem to be able to communicate?
