poll: best pop3 and imap servers?

I like Courier-IMAP. The reason? It works well with
Postfix. As a sendmail guy this may not be much help
to you. But I prefer Postfix and I've found that
Courier works well with it.

If you don't have a heavy load and you want to stick
with sendmail, UW IMAP works. It's easy to set up and
maintain.
