Hi David,

I should've been more exact, the farcical portion I was refering to was the "tariff"
 imposed wire limit that does not limit itself to the length of the copper portion of the circuit.  
They get to include the fiber length all the way back to the main CO in their calculations.  Its
a rip-off.
