You also have to remember, the guy who wrote the first article is a so
called "financial flanner" of who most of the ones I have dealt with
generally have lining their pockets ahead of the customers needs. For
example, crappy insurance products that severely underinsure the customer,
and bundles a very poor investment product with a poor rate of return.
