I've had the same problem with my IP, which is in attbi.com's IP
block. At least one of the RBLs out there dumps the entire attbi.com
dynamic IP range into an RBL.

Is it securitysage or just one of the blacklists they use? Here's the
RBLs they use:

bl.spamcop.net,
relays.ordb.org,
sbl.spamhaus.org,
spews.relays.osirusoft.com,
proxies.relays.monkeys.com,
