Other interesting details:

1) Dan Robbins stated reason(s) for leaving Stampede to found Gentoo
sound(s) almost identical to the reason this guy is leaving Gentoo - not
so benevolent dictator(s)  in charge.

2) It appears that there will be a non-profit Gentoo "forklet" before
long.  Maybe this will be more democratic.

3) Much of the non-personality-non-fairness issues in that guys writeup
ring pretty true, i.e. there's been a lack of vision and quality
control in Gentoo land.

4) Never the lesss, Gentoo is still a great distro, but it will be
interesting to watch Zynot.
