Hi Lee,
You got it.
Finally (by chance) I discover the reason. The Power Supply has
two fans and one of the them was broken. It appears that after
a while running the Power Supply will get an overheat.
The case is a SuperMicro Case (I am really happy with that
case; I bought it two years ago and it was expensive but
I think it is worth valuable).
That Power Supply (300W) have a Red led and a beep system to
warn about the overheat power supply problem. So the beep I
used to hear was not from the computer was from the power
supply case (I had not idea ??).
I have "provisionally" replaced the Power Supply with a 250W
power supply until I could get a fan replacement and put again
the original Power Supply.
Best regards and thanks to all persons on the list that have
helped with this problem.
