(ot) PS2 cluster...

I did some digging about running linux on PS2's and you know... it must not be
that much fun. At best, it'll crank out 393 bogo's... That's a real yawner in
my book...

It amazes me that they work so well in a cluster setup... and the cost factor
too. They aren't cheap as people thing. Yeah you can buy the console on sale
for like $179.00, but then you have to pop out another $200.00 for the linux
kit... For about $400.00 (us) you could build a much faster clone computer and
thus a much faster cluster... 

It must be something I'm missing... Hmmm that graphic chip... yeah... that's
it. Run your code on it... Yuk.
