Basically, these guys put 70 Sony Playstations together and run linux on it.
Voila. Supercomputer. Sony supplies a linux module. 

They said it took a long time to set this up because they had to open up so
many plastic packages. This I can believe.

They point out that the economies of scale allow game box manufacturers
to deliver very high speed computing devices (aka video cards) at a very
low price.

I wish I were as smart as these guys.

Few of our professional prognosticators saw this coming.
