I looked at Dillo but if I remember suport for it is iffy.  I'd like the 
plugin features but I don't need the mailer, etc.

My system can handle the load - dual AMD 1.9 with 2 gig of memory - but I 
just don't like bloat if it doesn't serve a purpose.
