How to un-Caldera my box

Alright, now I'm lost.
For example, rpm -qi gives (take minicom for example)

but man rpm says that 
rpm -qip <package-name.rpm>
requires the specific rpm package name with the extension .rpm, and the 
package is certainly still not around on the box, only the results of 
installing the rpm.
So what is it that I'm supposed to command?
