I'm not a lawyer, and I don't pretend to understand everything about the 
law, especially the legal system in the West. But is it possible for SCO 
to claim : oops ! I made a mistake printing the document -- no, my stuff 
is not gpl'ed, it was a typo, that's why I'm taking my product off the 
market. Kind of like the Firestone tyre scandal recently.
