The most hypocritical thing is that only now did they announce that they
were stopping their own activities in the Linux marketplace. They have
continued to earn profits from the very thing that they claim is
illegal, and basing it on the GPL, not proprietary UNIX code. They
should include themselves as a defendant in their own case.
