You've really got me confused here.... When I set up my LJIII, or any
of the other two printers I have (LJ4000 and HP5550), I don't recall
anything about a CUPs printer AND a non-CUPs printer. It was all CUPs
and it configured the LJIII and it just worked.
As I said before, I won't be near the LJIII until Weds but I'll check it
all again.
Did you also install LPRng or some other print server?
