Well maybe for those in .edu land.  But an astonishing number of small 
businesses still rely on this technology.  I've just about convinced a two 
office CPA firm to migrate to CD-RW to replace the 600 or floppies they 
manage.  But that didn't happen until one of the owners got a "new" system 
for home and started using the CD-RW/R drive that came with it.
