The memory stick can be mounted like a drive, so treat it as a larger
floppy.  There are cheap (~$29) USB readers for these that will plug into
other machines, too.  Thus giving you a larger "floppy" to use on any/all of
your machines.  Of course, you are probably totally networked so that won't
do you much good.  A boot disk?

Don't try to chew it like gum, though.  ;-})
