Just do a little bit of recursive grepping of said directories for a bit of 
info from anyone of your address book entries and it should let you know 
which file they're in.  From my prior experience with just from system to 
system with KDE I haven't had any major problem just copying particular files 
over to the corresponding locations in the new installation.
