I've been going arround circles on this because all the info I've found
searching have pointed to the ~.css file but it doesn't exist on this
system<shrug>. The only ~.css files I have in Mozilla are:

/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/forms.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/html.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/mathml.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/quirk.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/aform.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/bform.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/cform.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/demoform.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/hidetoolicon.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/mozform.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/treeTest1.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/samples/xulTest.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/ua.css
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.3/res/viewsource.css

Well its back to square one argh!!

Thanks, this does give me places and things to try.
