It's quite easy, simply add the following to your /etc/mail/sendmail.mc:
FEATURE(`dnsbl',`dnsbl.njabl.org',`Message from $&{client_addr} rejected 
- see http
://njabl.org/')
FEATURE(`enhdnsbl',`bl.spamcop.net',`"Spam blocked see: 
http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml
?"$&{client_addr}',`t')

Then rebuild your sendmail configuration with
m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf
and restart sendmail.
