You ex-insiders may beg to differ, but in my opinion Caldera never was a
Linux company.  Caldera was a very close-minded, closed-source,
user-unfriendly company that just accidentally happened to offer open
source software as a primary offering.  I wound up using Caldera for two
reasons:  1. It was the first distro I could get to work on my older PC.
2. This user group.
