Not xandros, but I use Libranet, a deb distro, and it's very stable, and 
the updating is fantastic. Actually, the new Debian 3.0 is a pretty good 
setup itself. The only problem I had was in setting up the X server.
Any of the deb distros have tons of software and easy updates, 
especially if you have high speed internet access. You won't miss rpm 
hell, but there can be problems with mixing branches; stable, testing 
and unstable. The new Libranet beta is based on testing, but I use 
selected debs from unstable with no problems. I used libranet 2.7, which 
was based on stable debian, and used unstable packages with no problems.
I have heard good things about xandros also.
