uw-imap certificate errors

I think this is a problem with mozilla/netscape mail. It took me a while 
to figure out that I could delete old certs from the mozilla cache and 
fix the problem. I"m stilll unable to delete the offending cert in 
Netscape 7 on WinXP. working on it.
