Lib for evoluton

I installed Evolution from the ftp site 
ftp://ftp.ximian.com/pub/ximian-evolution/suse-81-i386/
using RPM.  When I start it, I get the following error:

harry at x1-6-00-60-97-80-7e-2b:~> evolution
evolution: error while loading shared libraries: libplc4.so: cannot open 
shared object file: No such file or directory

What RPM contains this library?  I don't see it at the ftp site.
