uw-imap certificate errors

I have a small imap setup using uw-imapd and ssh on Debian/Libranet, 
with the Exim mailer. I somehow screwed up my certificate so it produces 
errors, indicating it belongs to the wrong name, and that I'm receiving 
a message with incorrect Message Authentication code. I'm at a loss as 
to how to fix this. It happens each time I try to connect to read a 
message. I think I need to reconfigure the uw-imapd server, but I've 
tried dpkg-reconfigure uw-imapd, which works but produces a generic 
certificate that causes the second error (incorrect Message auth. code).
Someone with ssh knowledge know how to generate a good cert so I can put 
it in /etc/ssl/certs/ ?
What is there now is:

Or am I way off base on my thinking... ?
