Error compiling new kernel: undefined reference to `TASK_SUSPENDED'

If anyone has a working .config file for a 2.4.20 kernel running on a PC,
I would like to get a copy of it.

I still cannot get my kernel to compile. No telling what's wrong. I
recall back in 2.4.1 I had to select SMP to get the thing to compile.
Maybe there is some catch like that in 2.4.20.
