Request comparison of relative strenths of the variousjournaling file systems

It's not nearly as important which one you use, as it is  that you use 
one. While SuSE is not my favorite distro, my experience with it's (8.0) 
implementation of XFS has worked flawlessly. The fact that it's "only" 
SOHO can only be judged by you as to it's importance. Over time, my SOHO 
stuff has steadily increased in it's importance, so if you think that 
yours may be similar, I encourage you to take pains to protect it now, 
rather than later. Nothing takes the place of a good backup. :)
