Everytime I read an article by proponents of FSF. I am suprised and

I must say until I read the article by the peruvian government ministers 
point by point rebuttal of  a microsoft execs letter. I didn't see how 
greatly microsoft had manipulated government/companies/individuals to 
maintain it's dominance.

I suppose Public Enemy said it best "Don't believe the hype".

At least now the global community is waking up and asking; Why do we 
have to upgrade every two years? Why can't we access our data in formats 
that don't require a costly access license? Why have better technologies 
been squashed in favour of MS?
