OpenOffice Outline View

MS Word has the ability to view a document in outline format.  That is if 
you have a document that has different heading levels in it you can select 
a view option that displays the document as an outline.  This is very handy 
because you can drag the headings around to rearrange them in the document 
without cutting and pasting large chunks of text.  

I haven't found an equivalent in OO 1.01 but maybe I'm missing something.  
Can it be done?
