Refreshing the file browser

Mine updates after a second or so (copy a file in one browser, paste in
another browser window). It even updates right away if I make a file from
a command line in a terminal window. I did not select this behavior. I am
guessing you checked the konq settings. I didn't see one that was
obviously controlling this. Sorry I cannot say more than it works here...
