It's an interesting argument, but I don't think Perens has any 
greater insight into the misfiring neurons that motivated this
suicidal move than anyone else. I appreciated his observation 
earlier in his open letter that "SCO is the thief who puts a gun 
to his own head and says give me your money or I'll shoot."
