Apart from this being a M$ rag (propaganda machine), I'm tempted to ask
the author for his address so I can send the multi-$100,000 bill for
testing Linux to him to pay.  Or does he expect Linus to pay the bill to
satisfy his biased rantings?

Certification like this takes mega-bucks.  RH doesn't have that kind of
money.
