Document Mananagement

Hello everyone.

I am looking for a basic Document Management System with the following features:

Check in/check out
Version control
User defined Hierarchy of documents
Control of permissions at all levels
Searchable attributes on the Documents

This will be used with Cad Drawings so the ability to handle xrefs would be nice.

I am currently out scavenging for information and I thought if some people on this list had experience in this area, they might be able to recommend a solution.

I am not looking for free software. I just want a solution that works.
