I'm not qualified or in a position to comment on what SCO's legal team 
may or may not be doing. SCO have said something to the effect that they 
intend to leverage their UNIX IP by enforcing their patent claims, but the 
proposition that they can make any money this way from Linux stretches 
credulity. That doesn't mean they can't or won't try, of course.
