Hi,
One 'solution' (dang, I hate that word) I ran across awile ago is at:
http://www.intrago.co.uk/products/censornet.php
It supposedly works somewhat like Surf Control. It is available as an
ISO/mini-distro based on Debian IIRC. It is available as a GPL download,
with add-on commercial services if you want them.
I may need to implement something like this in the not-too-distant
future, and this one seems to do what I need.
