Wheelmouse Scrolling with Netscape 4.79 in Caldera WS 3.1.1

You're not the first one with that problem, as I experienced it too. 
Short answer was that it's buried within a netscape config file 
(according to a long ago newsgroup posting) which I still never got to 
work properly. I went back to 4.78 for a while then to 7.0 and never 
looked back.
