SUSe dial out

Hi,

IIRC, SuSE 8.1 defaults to an application called kinternet, which seems 
to be a frontend for wvdial. Kppp is also available in
kdenetwork3-dialup-3.0.3-75.i386.rpm which may not be installed by default.

If, by chance, you were trying it as root, /opt/kdeX/bin is not in
root's path.

Kppp does work, as I'm using it on my home machine. Post if you have
